2026 Housing Rehab Grant Applications

Crosswalk Community Action Agency will be taking applications for the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunities Housing Rehabilitation Grant.

These applications will be at Orient City Hall on January 5th, 2026 from 8-11am and January 12th, 2026 from 8-11am.

Applications will be taken on a first come basis.

All required documentation must be with you to be seen. All names on deed must reside in the home and current homeowner’s insurance is required.

Bank statements and tax forms will NOT be accepted as proof of income. Paystubs or Benefit Award Letters (Social Security & Pension recipients) are the only

accepted documentation as proof of income.

Documentation Request forms and Income Guidelines are available for pick up at Orient City Hall. There is funding available for approximately 11 households.
